Here it is my 1st interview! Upon my initial dive into Vulkan’s music, I instantly knew they were right up my alley. They come in with some odd time grooves and get heavy in unexpected places. Here’s a brief chat I had with Johann the drummer I hope you enjoy.

What’s up it’s your boy Ice Mike! Uh, imma a metalhead going all the way back to the 80’s. I’m into pretty much all the flavors of metal. Mostly, I like anything progressive but it has to be heavy. I like Death metal (and all its sub-genres), Black metal (and all its sub-genres). I guess I’m not super excited about Stoner (and all its sub-genres) or Power metal. By the way, if you want to talk about Jazz or music from Brazil I’m down for that too.
